Proximity to public transport, charming historical building, modern eco-friendly toiletries
Inconsistent housekeeping practices could use attention!!! Cold rooms during winter months lead to unpleasant experiences!!! Navigating the hotel's convoluted layout poses challenges for some guests, especially those with mobility issues!!!

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo London. The location is perfect, just a two-minute walk to the Earls Court tube station. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Check-in was smooth, and I loved the beautiful decor throughout the hotel. My room was clean and well-maintained with comfortable bedding. I really enjoyed the breakfast. the variety was impressive, especially the fresh pastries and cooked-to-order options. The electrical outlets in the room were not conveniently placed, making it difficult to charge my devices while using them. The bathroom was a bit cramped and had poor ventilation, which didn't make it as enjoyable as it could be. A couple of amenities seemed outdated, and while there were no major complaints about cleanliness, some areas could use a little more attention. a lovely atmosphere, but a few enhancements would make the experience even better.

We had an awesome group getaway, visiting Kensington Palace and catching a chamber music concert nearby. The atmosphere was just fantastic! The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast had so many choices. Don't miss the breakfast especially. it was a highlight. The location was great, a short walk to the tube and in a lovely neighborhood.
The only downside was the room layout—my bed felt a bit too high to get into comfortably. It made mornings a little amusing trying to climb in!
